Beginners Yoga

This class is suitable for students new to Yoga, continuing beginners and students who want to focus on the foundations of the practice. The focus is on fundamental postures and actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists and forward-bending before attempting more challenging poses. Props such as belts, blocks, and blankets may be used to help stay longer in postures and improve the alignment of the body. All are welcome to attend.
