I teach steady, supportive Yoga with an emphasis on clarity, alignment, and accessibility.
Classes are thoughtfully paced and use props to help students build strength, mobility, and confidence over time.
This is yoga for real bodies and real lives — whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a more grounded, sustainable way to practise.
All classes are held at Croà Nua, a beautiful, light-filled spirituality centre in Taylors Hill.

Thursdays – Mixed Level | 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Fridays – Mixed Level | 9.30am – 10.30am
