Monday Evening Live Online Yoga

7.30–8.15pm | Live on Zoom

This is a steady, supportive evening practice to help you unwind from the day and reconnect with your body and breath.

Classes are taught in the Iyengar tradition, with an emphasis on clear alignment, intelligent use of props, and developing awareness rather than pushing or forcing. The pace is calm and considered, making it suitable for those with some yoga experience as well as anyone returning to practice.

Each class will typically include:

  • Gentle standing poses for stability and strength

  • Supported forward bends and twists

  • Simple backbending and restorative work

  • Time to settle and release at the end of the practice

Options are always offered, and poses are adapted so the practice can be done comfortably at home with basic props such as a chair, blocks, a belt, or cushions.
