We will work with bolsters, blankets, chairs and wall support to create ease in the poses. Expect longer holds, gentle forward extensions, supported chest openers and quiet breath awareness.
This is not a strong class.
It is steady, quiet and deeply replenishing.
Suitable for all levels, including those feeling tired, overstretched or simply in need of pause.
