A steady, energising sequence that builds strength in the legs and opens space through the spine and side body. We move methodically through classic standing poses — Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana I & II, Parsvakonasana, and Ardha Chandrasana — developing stability, balance, and length.
Gentle warm-ups prepare the body, and the practice closes with seated forward bends and a restorative end.
