A steady, lengthening practice to open the hamstrings while supporting the lower back and core.
We move through Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana I & II (Standing Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose), seated Gomukhasana, Upavista Konasana for hips and hamstrings, and variations of Navasana (Boat Pose) to build strength and support the lower back.
The class finishes with a calming cool-down — Crossed legged forward fold Swastikasana and Viparita Karani — leaving the legs refreshed and the mind quiet.
