In our final week of the series, we weave together the key elements of the past four classes — grounding, length, rotation, and balance — into a steady, integrated practice.

Expect a thoughtful progression from simple standing work into flowing strength (Warrior II to Trikonasana), balancing in Ardha Chandrasana, and inward-focused forward extensions. The emphasis is on confidence, continuity, and recognising when to soften.

We close with supported restorative work, gentle breath awareness, and a longer Savasana to allow the practice to settle deeply.
